Nana’s Tropical Frozen Fruit Salad

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Nuts (optional)


  1. Blend the Base: In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
